While I worked as a Front Desk Customer Service Associate at Silver Bay YMCA, I was tasked with creating print media needed at the front desk, including: FAQ signs for reservations, upcoming events, and inclement weather, room rate brochures, and the updated guest identification system (the organization switched from name tags to fabric wristbands). I also updated the walking history tour for the majority of the Silver Bay YMCA property, finding historical images of the property stored in the Library of Congress. These were additional projects outside of my position’s contractual requirements.
